Before joining the Noah’s Ark ministry at Park Hills in 2007, I served for five years as Preschool Director of a similar weekday program.  For as long as I can remember, I’ve worked in the various aspects of children’s ministry.  After receiving a B.S. in Family Relations and Child Development, I continued my education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where I received a Leadership Certificate in Childhood and Weekday Education.  My husband, Terry, and I have two girls – Brittany and Lauren.  It is a blessing to be part of the ministry team at Park Hills, where we are sharing God’s love with His precious little ones.

We believe teachers and assistants each have different gifts to bring to our program.  We select our staff carefully in order to provide the best possible care and education for your child.  We employ people who are warm and nurturing, who have an understanding of child development, and can apply their knowledge in the classroom.  They value working as a team with parents, colleagues, and volunteers.  Not only do our teachers love the Lord and love children, they are certified in CPR and first aid and are involved in additional training classes that help them learn and grow as childcare providers.
